Please be advised that abnormally heavy e-mail traffic causes congestion in Email-boxes, significantly slows down our work and blocks delivery of emails from several other users.
It is therefore recommended to:
– Send communications only once. Sending the same communication several times is useless and unfavourable for the remaining users;
– Avoid heavy attachments, they are not necessary to ask for appointments;
– Avoid using private addresses of Officials. This clogs their e-mail boxes and compromise their work.
The answers will be provided as soon as possible, continuous reminders are ineffective and waste of time.
