In order to treat requests of extremely urgent nature, the Embassy has established a hotline to signal such emergency cases regarding requests of Visas and Legalizations.
Requests must only be limited to very serious cases of humanitarian concerns or abnormal delays.
Please note that this hotline is by no means a substitute for regular appointment system.
Please reach us ONLY by SMS or Whatsapp messages with complete name, your email address and details of the case explaining the nature of emergency you are facing. The Embassy will reply as soon as possible, only for situations of serious and extraordinary concern.
