Applications must submitted at BLS Visa Application Centres in Islamabad, Lahore, Multan and Faisalabad. Appointments must be booked at www.intianaitalyvisa.com.
A waiting list system is currently in place for family reunion and work visas to help us manage the high demand. All those who are registered in the waiting list will be granted an appointment.
đź“Ť Family reunion with an Italian or EU citizen
Applicants for family reunion visas with an Italian or EU citizen can book an appointment directly with the Embassy by sending an Italian certified email (PEC) to amb.islamabad.consolare@cert.esteri.it. Information on the required documentation is available on our website www.ambislamabad.esteri.it.

If you intend to study at an Italian university, you must first complete your pre-enrolment through the Universitaly portal. Once your pre-enrolment has been confirmed, BLS will contact you to schedule your appointment.
If you follow these instructions and use the correct booking channel, you will receive an appointment.
⚠️ Beware of fraud
The Embassy is aware of intermediaries and agencies that illegally offer visa appointments in exchange for money. We are taking all necessary steps to combat these practices. Visa appointments should never be purchased. If you are approached by anyone offering an appointment for payment, please report it to the Embassy immediately.
